A note on salary and progression: We’re primarily looking for a Paid Media Manager, but we’d also love to hear from people ready to join us as a Senior Paid Media Manager. The starting salary for the senior role is £40,000–£43,000, reflecting the scope and responsibilities we currently expect it to hold. The wider salary band for this grade is £40,000–£50,000, giving you room to progress as your skills, responsibilities and impact grow. We benchmark salaries every six months to make sure pay remains fair and aligned with the work people are doing. For us, it’s about being upfront from the start, creating genuine opportunities for development and growing our team sustainably.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing multi-channel paid media strategy and execution from start to finish
- Developing and presenting solutions to clients across key paid media platforms
- Using data to develop narratives that inform ongoing paid media strategy
- Analysing campaign performance and communicating results to clients
- Pitching for new business and growing team billing
- Building and nurturing mutually profitable relationships with your clients
- Managing a team or developing a specialist area at Bind Media, driving professional growth
- Staying ahead of industry trends and influencing Bind Media business strategy
What you’ll have
- Working as a Paid Media Manager or in a similar role
- Experience running commercially successful teams or service offerings
- Hands-on experience owning activity across paid media platforms
- Proficient in analysing data and confidently reporting results
- Experienced in building and nurturing client relationships
- Ability to prioritise tasks across several clients and delegate work where necessary
