This recognition isn't just a badge on our website; it’s a reflection of our team's daily reality. The Best Workplaces for Women list celebrates UK companies that actively champion gender balance, dismantle barriers to career advancement, and build an environment where everyone, regardless of gender, can truly thrive.

What this means to us.

At Bind Media, we’ve always believed that a great culture doesn't happen by accident. Over the past year, we’ve put words into action by introducing new initiatives designed to make our workplace fairer, more flexible, and more supportive.

Bind senior leadership: “Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to creating an overwhelmingly positive employee experience. We want to foster a culture that doesn't just drive business, but actively improves lives."

Behind the benchmarks: How we earned our spot.

This list isn't decided by a panel of judges looking at a glossy brochure. It’s decided by the people who know us best: our team.

To compile the list, Great Place To Work® analysed anonymous feedback from across our organisation. They looked closely at daily experiences of innovation, how well we live our company values, and the effectiveness of our leadership.

Over the past year, we’ve put our values into action with key initiatives designed to support women at every stage of their lives and careers. Here are some of the ways we are making Bind Media a fairer, more supportive place to work:

  • Stronger Support for Parents: We’ve enhanced our maternity leave package and introduced structured onboarding and return-to-work processes for new parents, including clear guidance on KIT (Keep in Touch) days to make transitions seamless.
  • Comprehensive Health & Well-being: Through our WeCare benefit, our team has 24/7 access to GP and mental health support (which we’ve extended to dependents, too), alongside death-in-service cover via Canada Life.
  • Dignity & Inclusivity at Work: We continue to champion menstrual and menopausal health with dedicated support through Vitality, free sanitary products in our offices, and gender-neutral facilities designed for accessibility and comfort.

What our team had to say:

Alex, Senior Paid Media Manager at Bind: “I have worked quite hard at previous agencies where there was no clear definition of what 'good' looks like. At Bind, we provide a very clear progression framework with regular 121 meetings to help you understand how to grow your career and what goals will help you get there! With this transparency, I have been able to get to a Senior Paid Manager role in just 6 months with Bind Media."

A word from our leadership.

Helen, People & Culture Director at Bind Media: “As Bind’s People & Culture Director, and as a woman working here, I’m incredibly proud to be part of a company that doesn't just talk about equality, but actively lives it. While our agency was co-founded by two men, they’ve made conscious, meaningful strides to diversify our leadership. Having women represent 29% of our internal board is a brilliant reflection of our shared commitment to a truly people-first culture.”

Praise from Great Place To Work®.

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK, said:

“This year’s UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list celebrates businesses making a genuine difference day to day, not just in what they say, but in how people experience work. What matters most is that this recognition comes directly from women working in these organisations, who tell us they feel supported, valued, and able to grow.

Our research demonstrates that these organisations creating high-trust environments are delivering stronger results, whether in financial outcomes, impact, or service delivery, alongside greater agility and resilience in the face of change.

Congratulations to Bind Media for creating an environment where inclusion is clearly felt in practice.”

Hat-trick! 🏆🏆🏆

This marks our third recognition from Great Place To Work in 2026! We are incredibly proud to have also been named on the:
