We’re honoured to have been rated the UK’s #1 agency by our clients in The Drum’s Digital Agency Census 2022. The Drum is one of the most trusted voices on media, digital, and marketing, so it’s a privilege to not just feature, but top this prestigious list.
Not only are we humbled by our success after less than four years in the business, but the competition was tough.
We were up against colleagues in some of the country’s best digital agencies, and we couldn’t be prouder of their success. Brainlabs was voted the best digital agency by its peers for two years in a row, with CEO Daniel Gilbert commenting that it’s ‘especially nice to be recognised by our peers.’
Meanwhile, innovative creative agency Rise at Seven was voted in 3rd place by its peers, an accolade their CEO Carrie Rose listed as one of her ‘proudest moments.’
During what’s been a tough couple of years for digital teams around the country, we’ve been endlessly impressed by how agencies have adapted to an ever-changing marketplace.
So what’s the secret to our success here at Bind Media?
We think it lies in providing great client service.
Pre-pandemic, excellent client service was simple. As long as the job was successfully delivered by the deadline and you were friendly and polite, you’d ticked the box.
However, the COVID-19 pandemic introduced a host of challenges that agencies had to respond to. The immense pressure on companies meant that digital agencies were no longer there simply to provide a service, but also to support clients through adversity with an innovative approach to collaboration.
In fact, 62% of people said their country wouldn’t make it through the COVID-19 pandemic without companies playing a key role.
As an agency working in unprecedented times, we realised we had to be adaptable. Luckily for us, the majority of our work lent itself to homeworking. We swapped face-to-face meetings for Slack and office whiteboards for Whimsical. Unfortunately, some of our clients weren’t so lucky.
From supply chain issues to complete digital overhauls, businesses in every sector faced challenges that required an adaptable approach.
That’s where we came in.
