Quantitative data insights

We’ll analyse your website analytics data by using platforms like GA4 to identify trends in the user journey, most common drop-off points, conversion funnels, and top-performing (and under-performing!) pages. 

This helps us highlight what your users are doing - and just as importantly, what they’re not. 

User behaviour analysis

Through heatmaps, clickmaps, scrollmaps and session recordings (using tools like Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar), we assess how users interact with your site. This reveals behavioural patterns, attention hotspots, and any signs of friction or confusion.

User testing

We observe real people as they interact with your website to uncover what’s working and what’s not. Through moderated or unmoderated sessions, we watch how users complete key tasks, where they hesitate, and what frustrates or confuses them. Research by Jakob Nielson shows that testing with just 5 users uncover up to 85% of usability issues, making it one of the most efficient ways to identify friction points early.

Experience based page reviews

We review your key pages using our own Landing Page Framework, built from years of testing what really works. We look clearly at how your messaging comes across, whether users would feel confident taking the next step, and where things might be causing friction. A simple but powerful way to spot missed opportunities and figure out what’s getting in the way of conversions.

Hypothesis development and prioritisation

We turn all insights into clear, actionable hypotheses for testing. Each one is prioritised using a framework based on potential impact, confidence and effort - helping you test smarter.

How we work:

Timing is typically 4–12 weeks, and pricing varies from £1,395 to £20,000 + VAT. (Pricing is variable and depends on project complexity and scope).
